Katie Graduated with an Aveda Apprenticeship after also attending Tennessee Tech. Her love for all things beautiful began at a very young age. Katie loves working with all types of unique personalities and looks to always bring out the best for them and their lifestyle. Katie started her cosmetology career at a full service Salon in busy downtown Nashville, where she would work her way up to Salon Manager. Her years here were spent focusing on cutting, coloring, and maintaining all the needs of the salon. Years later she would move to Hilton Head South Carolina where she began her love with Makeup. The resort Island brought a lot of opportunity to work on destination weddings. She worked in a full service spa and was lucky enough to be surrounded by both Estheticians and Stylists, working with several makeup and skin care lines that really helped develop her education and understanding for both. A lot of her time was also spent educating women on how apply their own makeup which became one of her passions. Along with her love to make all things beautiful, Katie is wife and mother of four boys, loves singing, songwriting. Baking, interior decorating and anything that involves being outdoors with her boys and especially her “cute hubby”.
